[1] Basic Arabic Vocabulary List (with meaning, picture,
real life example)
Basic Arabic list would be translated from existing Basic English Words used by Long-man as well as Macmillan Dictionary (2500 Defining Words). This is a list with words having high frequency usage in
our real life. Initially, just 850 words were there and later more words had been added and list became around 2500 words. This list cover almost all functional words (such as and, but, in, on, the, etc.) which help to form a sentence and some of the content words. Its teaching should help
people to speak Arabic in a way that with the help of most common and high
frequency words in the mind, people should be able to learn how to communicate
any word or phrase. This concept works in case of English where mere use of 11
verbs can allow speaking for many situations. For example, in order to communicate "I am going to school" in Arabic, sentence can be made more simplified as "I am on my way to school." where one can make sentence without using verb 'go'
Later on the same list would be used in defining all arabic words in Arabic-Arabic Dictionary.
[2] Quranic Vocabulary, (Meaning, Picture &
Real life Examples)
This is to ensure Quranic Vocabulary could become part of
real life in non-native speaker's life and understanding of Quran can be easier
for next generation through popularization of all Quranic words in our real
life. This list of Quranic words can be tried to write moral and Islamic story
for kids using simple Arabic sentence and use of pictures so that to allow
strong base later to understand Quran when they grow up.
